Apprenticeship Forum

Apprenticeship Forum

The AEMT is launching an Apprenticeship Forum to gather insights and ideas from our members on how we can better support apprenticeships in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

This session will provide an open platform to:

  • Share experiences and best practices in running apprenticeship programs.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities within the current apprenticeship framework.
  • Help shape future initiatives and resources from the AEMT to better serve our members.

Who Should Get Involved?
We’re inviting business leaders, HR professionals, mentors, and anyone involved in managing or supporting apprenticeships within their organisation.

Your input will play a vital role in helping us develop tailored resources, improve industry-wide apprenticeship strategies, and ensure we’re meeting the evolving needs of the sector.

Codes of Practice 2025

IMPORTANT:

The AEMT Codes of Pracice are being replaced with our provisional codes of practice at the end of 2025. Members will be asked to demonstrate compliance with these codes by 2027. The Secretariat and Council are preparing for this transition, ensuring members have the support, resources and tools needed to comply.
