Elevated Engineering Services NW Ltd provides high quality, professional and personal service in all areas of Electric Motor, Gearbox and Pump repairs/supply in and around the Northern Counties of England. Our client base now includes all types of major Blue Chip companies in both general and the elevator industries both locally and nationally.


Our services include: For General Industry:-

Electric Motors- Repair, rewind, replacement, design along with all types of modifications to all types of AC & ; DC motors and generators. We are appointed stockist of WEG Electric Motors.

Gearboxes- Replacement, refurbishment, manufacturer of new gears, shafts and seals. We also carry out Type B comprehensive testing to worm and wheel gearboxes.

Pumps- repair, rewind, replacement along with full pressure and full load testing.

Site Services- laser alignment, thermo-graphic surveys, balancing, vibration analysis and the removal and refitting of all the above equipment.

All types of Drives and PLC design and installation.


For the Lift Industry:-

Sheaves- Replacement, re-cutting, bore and bush back to original specification.

Shafts- Manufacture and repair to all types of shafts.

Bearings- Supply, manufacture and re-setting of all types of ball, roller, sleeve and thrust bearings.

Brake Units- Re-line, re-set, rewind and re-design all types of brake units.

Site services- The removal and re-fitting of all the above equipment, site machining, inspections, hydraulic oil removal and replacement, re-alignment, Type B comprehensive testing and carbon brush supply/fitting along with our unique re-roping services.


Scaffolding – EES have their own scaffolding engineers who can design, install and erect specialised scaffolding within a lift shaft to aid safe working on shaft top equipment.
