Aviation & Transport

AEMT members are instrumental in the aviation and transport sector, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and renewal of key rotating electro-mechanical equipment such as motors and gearboxes. These components are vital for everything from baggage handling systems to runway lighting and ventilation. AEMT provides 24-hour emergency services for critical failures, ensuring that transport operations, whether air or ground, continue with minimal disruption. Through advanced condition monitoring and asset management services, members work to optimize equipment performance, thereby enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability. The association's focus on refurbishing equipment, where over 75% of materials are reused or recycled, is particularly relevant in an industry increasingly committed to environmental stewardship. Overall, AEMT's contributions are essential for the safe, efficient, and sustainable functioning of the aviation and transport sector.
