GES Group invest in Pyrolysis Technology

The Pyrolysis oven will improve the service offering for electric motor rewinds and also be available for rent for many other common applications.

GES Group, Ireland, have recently invested in Pyrolysis Technology to improve their service offering for electric motor rewind customers, making it quicker to put a machine through the Workshop floor. Due to how it "burns out" the copper and windings etc., the oven makes servicing an electric motor a much more efficient process.

In addition to using the new equipment as part of the rewinding process, the oven can also be rented by customers for many other common applications, such as: stripping paint, removal of rubber from steel parts, and the cleaning of moulds and extruders, etc.

Pyrolysis ovens were originally designed to clean specialist metal parts that would not lend themselves to grit or shot blast methods for various reasons. So cleaning of intricate engine components, or extruder dies, where the produce is located internally in the device, is ideal for this type of oven.
